Worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. Discussing an issue with the chat team online, while still discussing the issue. The adviser closed the chat. Eventually when i call them, i was told that's the price and we do not do deals. Existing customers get loyalty but if you are a new customer, Talktalk is ready to bend over backwards.
Since i have been with the company, engineer has been out twice to check the speed, falsely advertisement of the speed. I check my bill this month only to find out that my monthly bills has now been increased, no communications. Talktalk USP " no increase of monthly bills" unfortunately they have broken their promises and as soon as my contract expires i will be switching to a more reputable company.
