“Complications during "homemove"”

During the "homemove" process the site informed me that I won't have to change anything in my contract and the arrangement that I had until that day but at the end of the process the move form informed me that the new monthly price for my connection will be 7 pounds more. I don't understand how this is in compliance with the former statement but I was slightly disappointed with this outcome.
