I have had this VPN about three months but also have others, I have only just realized that I actually paid for it and now want a refund. It is unusable.

Took the 3 day trial period. Had to give card details to get this. They promised they would not take money unless I was satisfied. BBC iplayer did not work so I cancelled after 2 days. They acknowledged receipt of the cancellation but still took the money. Seeking legal advice.

Proxy worked just about ok, though occasionally very slow or unavailable. Then I tried to use the VPN that comes with it; their VPN client made it look like it was operational, all green lights and 'connected' status... except it did not work and it turns out the connection was not tunnelled at all (no IP change). I emailed the support, then emailed again, no reply except some ticket for some ZenDesk thing I cannot even log into, and that won't send me a password despite numerous request. Looks like some slacker operating from his basement and following the "take the money and run" school of business. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT TRUST.

Worked for a week, then stopped. Customer service was no-existent so I moved to another provider. One month later Kickass take another payment from my credit card, yet this is supposed to be a month-on-month arrangement.

Customer service is non existent with this Proxy service.

No help whatsoever from them if you have a question or problem.

Proxy is quite good but not close to other service's with really good customer support, I would not recommend this to anyone.

its a pretty good service that's not the cheapest but its by far the fastest. Set up is easy and doesn't take long ad once your up and running their is little or no buffering when streaming video and I kept up to date with the voice without any issues whatsoever.

Customer support has been prompt and they explained thing in a clear way, and offered to take control of my screen and sort it out for me if i struggled, but I managed it no problem.

Great service and its popular with my travel colleagues too.

I am a UK expat and used a number of proxies so far. I still have Expat Shield on my PC, but I stopped using it because KickAss is so fast and reliable.

I like that it always works and really fast. I am aware that the computer may be using a few more resources when it is on, but it never crashed or stopped anything working so no problems yet.

I use it on my PC, laptop, ipad and iphone. If only I knew how to connect it on my ANDROID tablet without importing an ovpn file, but just by ticking the correct boxes, it would be a five star review. This is something they should include on their website.

KickAssProxy! I Signed up with this company back in February, Tried to cancel with them within 2 days of sign up.

The telephone number listed as a contact number for the company was of a Taxi firm in Manchester.

Submitting a Support request by ticket can only be done using there ZEN Desk, this left me with no replies after 3 months and no other means to contact the company.

So I filed a disputed with PAYPAL for services not received I was unable by any means to contact KickAssProxy and could not get support from them.

When I opened a dispute case PayPal got a response from KickAssProxy, but still no contact from the company to me their client.

Overall very poor with Zero support!

A working phone number should have been supplied by the company for support requests.

It started off well. Setup my ipad and PCs successfully to connect via their service - very good, but when I tried to connect my Android Galaxy Note 2 there was no way i could make it work, and they provide no tutorials for this device. I sent them a support question about setting up VPN for android via their support system. After TWO WEEKS of waiting I followed up on the same ticket to ask for progress. The next day I find that they DELETED the support ticket, just gone off their system with no history. Can you believe this? This is so beyond unacceptable, deleting support tickets without a single word back to the customer. A follow up formal complaint was also ignored - so they provided a paying customer ZERO communication.

Since this the VPN on the Ipad stopped working. After only one month I cancelled this awful service.
