needed to upgrade my broadband package today to unlimited usage with your calls.net part of (24talk) As I am on there basic broadband for £6.50per month with 10gb monthly usage, as I now have a smart TV which enables me to watch alot more of bbc i player.
After calling customer services and explained my situation and not really wanting to leave this company overall there quite good.
I was disappoint that there unlimited package is £18.00per month after explaining thats alittle expensive, and there are cheaper unlimited broadband deals out there from one provider alot cheaper at 10.00per month.
The customer service team didnt even try to keep me as a customer they said this is the price for our broadband, as other companies will try to match a deal or offer a better price to keep a customer (after stating i didnt really want to leave them) they were happy for me to pay and leave this company as i was still in contract, and go to another provider.
