Terrible

I would never use Start Rescue again, they were shockingly bad. I called them out and gave them my location, the name of the road and the fact I was in Wandsworth. I was assured they knew where I was. An hour later the rescue company says they can't find me, turns out they'd been sent to Crystal palace. I waited another half an hour only to be told the job had been cancelled, but nobody had told me. They said they were sending out someone else, but in an hour and a half. I had a child in the car and was not in a safe place to park, both of which I relayed to the operator, but made no difference whatsoever, they said there was nothing they could do. I couldn't wait another hour and a half with a child in the car, so had to push it to a safer place and then just leave it for a professional to look at and told them not to bother, which kind of defeats the purpose of having cover.
Shockingly poor service, please be warned.
