When my classic car broke down with an automatic gearbox problem, on a Wednesday afternoon just as the peak time was starting, I was stuck in busy traffic on a main road. The lady on the phone was very calm and helpful, getting to know exactly where I was, often having to repeat questions because of the traffic noise.
Within fifteen minutes of disconnecting, the driver rang me to confirm where I was and, only an hour after breaking down, the car was on the truck. At home, the driver was great, making sure the truck was properly lined up and the car went into my drive without damage.
At a busy time of day the stress was taken out of breaking down by the calm professionalism of all.
