Having been a member for many years this is the first time I've needed to claim. Having lost my car key I had to get a taxi for a 40 mile round trip to collect my spare from home.
I submitted my claim by 2nd class post and my refund for the taxi cost was in my bank in 6 working days, can't beat that.
