My wife's car broke down outside our house. GEM were very quick to assist, the breakdown truck arrived ahead of time and after confirming the problem took the car to my local garage for repair.
This is the third time in five years I have had to call them and on all three occasions I have never had a bad experience.
I would highly recommend them as an alternative to the big two recovery service companies.
