This is the first time I have used the service this year and would not say by any means it is that good. When I initially call, it feels like I am being checked out as to whether I am eligible for any help which appears strange. After finally being given the okay, I’m then warned I will only get assistance the one time.
After having given all the details, address etc....the breakdown service travel to the wrong address. I then tell the driver the right address and he then struggles to locate the car as he was informed car was on the road when I had told them it was in the drive.
Breakdown service gets the car started with jump leads and then quick to leave. No real added advice as appears to have to rush to next job. When I next start the car, does not start again. Used my one go, so have to call garage for help.
Not great service and the likes of Other breakdown services I have used. Not likely to use again.
