Icould not open my car (at home) Rang 24/7 breakdown. They told me it was the key and I was not covered in the insurance for keys! They were no help what so ever, didn't come to look, I could have made a mistake as I am not a mechanic. No suggestions no help, I will not renew my cover with them when due. Very disappointed.
