when I finally received service, they were awesome. The roadside assisitance from Chrysler took 3 calls because the first 2 were idiots....Total low iq idiots who couldnt pronounce my name, took forever to hear things and could not even spell the town of RUMSON NJ

I guess thats where iq of 40 ends up, answering thew phones for roadside, which by the way took an hour to get a call in but they came in record time..
