Having had a enormous renewal quote without any claims phoned up to cancel encounted a very rude women on the phone with a take it or leave it attitude changed to Green Flag half the price and better customer service

No I won’t perhaps you should teach your customer service operatives some basic manners i also have aa car and house insurance which won’t be being renewed
