It was time to get a new boiler fitted and I wanted to avoid a large outlay. Help-link sent a sales man who went through the no frills boiler installation deal. We had the boiler fitted and we were happy with the payment plan. The problems comes when you need help which is a great shame. The product might be good if you do not work and are happy to be let down when bookings agreed. I believe that the service repair service could be ran a lot better to avoid problems and the amount of engineers in the Manchester area very poor for the size of the city. The key here is SERVICE need to have a think about this you are not doing the customers a favour and don't lie to them. You let yourselves down for repeat business so a short term business plan.
