Had a Grant Oil Combi 26 installed about 10 years ago - there have been various small things go wrong mainly due to initial bad installation. Another fairly expensive repair became necessary so decided to replace boiler with new model. Now have good heating engineer and new installation only took one day to complete. Have always been fan of combis as the most efficient way to heat my home and provide instant hot water especially for small number in household. Am hoping this new boiler will serve me well for at least another 10 years.

This made our house warm for the first time in years. Our old Rayburn kept the kitchen warm but not the rest of the house so now I can shut the bathroom door which was swollen from the damp and cold, walk around the house in the mornings without shivering and sit and enjoy just being warm!! It is quiet, efficient and takes up hardly any space in the kitchen. I love it.

I had a Grant Combi boiler installed in September and it is fantastic. The boiler is quiet, reliable and efficient. My old boiler (a different brand) had been unreliable from new and over the seven years I had spent a considerable amount of money on repairs, even topping up the water in the system on a regular basis. I have not had to do this at all with my new boiler. I love it! So far there isn't anything to dislike. Installation was quick and efficiently accomplished by the installer. I was well informed by the installer as to the benefits of the boiler and I am very pleased all round.

Great boiler, has made our home feel much warmer. It was installed in under a day with a wireless programmer which makes life so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend this boiler to anybody. There are no compromises, it is not too noisy and takes up only slightly more space than the old boiler it replaced. Now that the newness has burned off there is little odour, although to begin with it was a little overpowering. The only downside is that it seems to create a more powerful exhaust when it fires but consider that a small price to pay for such an efficient unit.

Having been a gas boiler person for ever, the move to an oil boiler was daunting; many scare stories of cost / noise / smell / etc. It has been nothing of the sort. The boiler is very quiet, equally as quiet as my last gas boiler; it is cost effective, I am paying roughly the same for oil as I was for gas; there is no smell as it is outside for a start and it does not smell anyway, the exhaust fumes from a gas boiler smell as well so no comparison. Obviously, I cannot comment of reliability as it is only 7 months old, but everything I have seen so far leads me to believe that it will be a robust long lasting boiler that will provide years of good and cost effective service.

We will only use Grant for our combi oil boiler, the products are the very best on the market and are great value! We Highly recommend Grant

The boiler is fantastic, one it is outdoors, 2 it is very quiet. Really happy with the design and cannot fault it. Hopefully it will last for a long while. We would certainly recommend it to all our friends and family. I like how the front panel covers up everything and did I say it is very quiet. Only been installed one day so don't know how economical it is going to be, but by the build quality I don't think we will have any worries.

Had the boiler installed last week and it is working well, very neat and quiet. Boiler was recommended by our installer as they are good value for money and easy to install.

I have recently had my heating system replaced.I insisted on having a Grant Vortex oil boiler fitted.I had one of Grants boilers fitted in a property previously and never had an issue with it after 7 years of ownership.I went for the external unit due to limited internal space and ease of yearly servicing.After 6 months of use,very pleased with its performance.The price is higher than average I believe,but I think it is quantified in the quality received.I would highly recommend Grants heating products.

I have been an OFTEC engineer for 20 years and have seen some good, some bad and some ugly boilers on the market. I first took notice of Grant boilers in 2008 just after the new regulations on condensing boilers came into force and the comparison between theirs and the other "market leaders" was staggering and I have been a fan of Grants ever since. Oil-fired combi's have never been my favourite but Grant seem to have addressed nearly all of the problems associated with these appliances, especially with the new 24 litre expansion vessel. Well done to the designers and I will continue to recommend Grant boilers as my first choice when replacing old appliances.

Had a problem with boiler when installed managed to get it rsolved without to much trouble working fine now nice boiler very quiet. Staff very helpfull.

Fitted an external Grant oil boiler (Votex Eco 21-16) to replace an old Rayburn oil boiler inside the house. Having an external boiler freed up loads of space in the house and it got all the kerosene pipework outside, as well as the noise and emissions risks. So, ideal for us. Grant boilers came highly recommended as one of the best on the market. Also much more efficient than the previous old boiler, hence providing savings on oil and money. Our plumber was excellent and I think you do need someone like that who is well experienced/qualified to install the pipework, electrics and to commission the boiler. Easy on-line registration for basic 2-year warranty via Grant website.

New floor-standing oil-fired installation / commissioning to replace decades- old wall-hung boiler. In-depth discussion undertaken and plenty of advice prior to tweaking and confirming the order. Cooler season just arrived, so now able use heating; boiler quiet and efficient. Engineers were good, answering questions and giving explanations during installation. Nothing to dislike about the the whole process and very satisfied with the boiler (2 months).

The boiler came highly recommended by the company that services my boiler, Elanar Technical services, Suffolk. I know that Grant were on hand to answer any questions regarding the flue ect. So far the boiler has proven to be good, well built and doing what it is supposed to.
