“Poor design & service”

It is annoying when you're at the sink & you need to run or rinse down pots or the like, that each time you turn the tap on the fan cuts in first & delays the gas ignition thus running off cold water before the. Each time you turn the tap on & off you this cold, hot, cold runs. The water heater is an Ariston NEXT SFT 14 NG instantaneus multipoint gas water heater. It was installed on the 31/01/2014 & the fan make a very loud rumbling noise when the gas initially fires up. The engineer contacted Ariston technical on the day & Ariston said not to use it, they would come out to it. As of this day Ariston have yet to come out to it with various excuses as today, the van broke down. Because of this experience I've looked at other peoples reviews of Ariston products & the general verdict is very poor. I would not recommend them to anyone.
