Horrible Service And The Worst Delivery
We moved into new house on Christmas and ordered all the blinds (5X) from Blinds 2 Go on 1st Jan, the message given when ordering was "delivery early Jan". However, the first batch of Blinds were only 2 blinds out of 5, which were dispatched on 12/01 with a delivery date of 13/01. I took the day off sitting home and nobody came! Then asked my neighbour to accept them on the 14/01 as I was sure it will come by then, still no sign of delivery. Emailed the sales team on 15/01 in the morning and took them ages to reply - no appology or whatever, just informing me that they checked with the delivery company - Tufnells, and the products are on their way to my house, that was around midday. Until 8pm, the driver called me said he couldn't find the house with the post code given and I must given a wrong post code?! It was a new build house and I had over 30 deliveries since moved in, although most of them having issue find this new road but I always being patient and guide them to the door over the phone. But this aggressive unprofessionnal driver from Tufnells refused to my help and asked me to contact the seller and amend my post code! And he was going to put the goods back to their depot!! Despite the fact I insist that the address is correct and he even told me he know the area so well, but it is not his job to amend a post code! Long story short, I have no clu when I will reveive my orders and very disappointed that Blinds 2 Go works with these cheap and ridiculous logistic companies. Further comments will follow up once I receive the blinds as I seriously doubt their quality!

Don't Be Fooled
This company looks really good as a website, but the whole package is based on lies. Te Brentwood and London address do not exist.. They have not been trading as long as they say.
I did get them in to measure, they were late and the salesman did not seem to know what he was talking about at all. He gave me the impression he was better than me.
I wanted samples and although they were promised I gave up asking them after 3 weeks and 4 promises of "They were in the post"
I found another company who gave me an excellent service. I dread to think what would have happened had I purchased blinds from them.
Don't trust this company it is a sham
