Thought firms like this had ceased trading years ago. An appalling and frustrating experience from start to finish We ordered two identical roller blinds only one arrived .We contacted Terry's and the second one turned up .where as the first blind fitted perfectly the second one came up short . That was our fault apparently ! and the fact that the first one fitted was a mistake. Terry's seem to have no interest in helping us resolve this situation apart from taking more money of us. Customer satisfaction is not a high priority it seems with these people. Terry's seem to be the middle men for some dubious manufactures.
We are furnishing our new house and our consolation is that we have discovered a helpful and professional soft furnishing firm locally. My advice is that you do the same.
