Bought blinds in Sep and fitted start of Oct. Fitter never gave a chance to check them over before asking for the remaining balance. On checking they were very badly made so we complained and they were refitted. The refitted ones are worse than the originals with ill fitting pelmets, dents to the blinds, rough cuts to where the pulls go through the blinds and rough cuts at the edges of the blinds as per the attached photos. Also on the original fit the fitter never fitted a safety catch on blinds that were beside our bath, definitely a safety issue with young children around.
I have contacted them to request these be removed and a full refund as they are not what we agreed tand are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.
The only positive I have is that the second fitter was very nice about it all!

We are now having them taken away and refunded however the 'customer service' woman who called told us they "were inspected at the factory" and "the factory manager said they were an acceptable commercial standard" (she was also quite forceful given she should have been apologising and trying to fix it - there was no apology) so our opinion is that Shades are willingly happy to sell sub-standard products because it's what they can get away with rather than selling a quality prooduct.
I only wish I could upload photos to show how bad the blinds are. I cannot stress enough how I would recommend that you save your time and either buy ones and fit yourself or find a company that will supply well made products
