Brought vertical blinds in May 2016 for both dinning and living room. Only closed them each about 20 times and the one in the dining room has broken as won't close. You can clearly see the mechanism has come loose. Called Hilary's and they are quaoting £20 call out fee to check the problem. I find this totally unacceptable as the product is clearly faulty and after paying a lot of money for guaranteed quality they now want more money from me to look at the item and this does not include any charges to fix the faulty blinds. Would not recommend or use Hilary again.
