I had to drop down material blinds made to measure and one wooden washboard blind. The cord was damaged on the wooden blind and was replaced without a problem, although I can’t believe the installer didn’t notice it. Both the drop down blinds were a little too big and the material didn’t hang properly on one. I reported this hanging issue to the installer when he replaced the wooden blind and he agreed with me. He took a photo and sent it to Hillary’s head office, who claimed there was nothing wrong with the blind and therefore would not replace them!
