Never Got My Curtains
I paid for several hundred pounds worth of curtains from this company in December and never got the goods. They finally told me that although the invoice they sent me came from them at Great Curtains Ltd the credit card payment was to Econermine, their sister company which had recently closed down, including the factory which made the curtains (which closed on 16 October 2012). They are still taking orders on the same phone number that I called them on with my order. I would be very careful about buying from them.
I have also not received my order from this company. Their website has now been removed and there is no answer on the phone number I have for them. Has anyone managed to find out anything about this company?
I also ordered curtains in January this year and have not received them. There is no response to phone calls or e mails ands I suspect that althoug it still has an active website this company is no longer fulfilling its commitments, despite taking the money. The previous previous company based in Coningsby (Econermine/Fine Furnishings) was brillliant and I ordered from them several times but this is a different company using the same number and website...take care!
