I read all the reviews. I placed a small order of two blinds. They arrived a day late, but I was in no hurry to recieve them. When they arrived they were both right side pulls, I had ordered one right and one left. Phoned customer service got through straight away, I was offered the option of returning the blind or an explanation of how to adjust this simple re-fit myself. A really helpful lady ( Lorraine) called me back, explained the re-fit. Best customer service I have experianced for a long time.
Blinds much better quality then expected and now placing bigger order. Good price and well made blinds.
