I ordered 3 blinds from 247 with MEASUREGUARD at the same time. 1 blind we collected the delivery but the size was incorrect so I requested it to be just 1cm wider and they charged me over 5 pounds just for that even with MEASUREGUARD. Do note that I paid to return the product which was more than 11 pounds. Another blind arrived at neighbours but we did not know that until they kindly brought it to us. The last blind we still haven't received it for some reason - taking over 3 weeks!! So, I complained about how upsetting this whole situation is and all reply I got is "Thank you for your email. I have released the order and recharged your card as agreed.". What a disgraceful company - never buy anything from this company!
