Stolen Bikes

Unfortunately we had three bikes stolen from our garage early 2016, I guess this claim would have been much more straight forward than it was if the insurance company had got their act together from the beginning.
Initially the claim was a no no, then we have a go, we were introduced to bike-replacement.UK by our insurers.
All great at first until I contacted Wheelies to give them my order, they had failed to inform me that the insurance company had now said no a second time.
Five weeks later they said yes?
One of the bikes I ordered which was in the catalogue actually took 5 weeks to come into stock?
13 weeks after the theft I now have my bikes, fantastic, over the moon with the bikes!
Wheelies overall have been very helpful, at times I felt there were communication issues, nevertheless we got there in the end and I have been very fortunate.
