fast transaction. explained situation fully and process required for replacement. ordered replacement which arrived within a couple of days! unpacked and it has the wrong suspension on it. sending bike back and informed it will take upto three weeks to fix this problem. so still have no bike. i may change review once claim finished but for the time being this is the rating ill give them.
