Initially they were v quick to respond and deal with the bikes I ordered. But I had reservations about buying offline and am still convinced it's not the way to buy a bike but my options weren't great. It was a long process - one bike I'm sure is too small - and look at manufacturers guide and I was misinformed. But too much of an ordeal to return. And the second bike took forever to sort - not sure if this was Wheelies fault or the insurance company's interim handling- but there was a mixture of help from staff - some good/ some bad. I wouldn't buy offline again - prefer local bike shops with good advice ? Insurance is a racket
