Difficult to communicate with.

Our initial contact with you was promising but then the agent we spoke with went sick and because he had told us to send the details to his personal inbox no one else could access them so they had to resubmitted (also he forgot to ask for certain details of the bikes to). All the calls were instigated by myself except for one (we were on holiday for most of this time and although you had been made aware to call the mobile number you rang our home line).
We were happy with the valuation of the bikes and the spend with the store offer but both bikes arrived with faults, one has been replaced completely the other has a minor fault i will sort myself because i can't face the difficulty with dealing with your good self's. Also trying to get through on your phone lines takes ages, on hold for way to long and then sometimes cut off when someone does pick the phone up.
It was a frustrating episode, wish i could say different, maybe we got you at a bad time?
