Informing him insurance part was easy it was after transfer to these did problems start.
An initial offer came through quick but when looked into it the bike was not being replaced like 4 like.
The people promise to call you or email this never happens
A week later spent over an hour on the phone justifying what was stolen
Prices did not add up they tried to give cheapest quotes of everything and argue.
Not easy staff to deal with made to feel awful/guilty for claiming for a stolen bike !!!
Avoid at all costs

This is the polar opposite to what I have experienced.. and I've now had 1 stolen bike and one insurance replacement through damage. Each time, Wheelies have been exceptional.
Don't get me wrong, if you had a 2010 bike with Dura Ace - you're not going to get a replacement 2020 bike with Dura Ace, but you will get like for like technology. That could be Ultegra, or even 105 now with 10 years development - still a very fair process.
I can't thanks Wheelies enough - shining example of how customer service should be approached!
