Had to chase contact through my insurance company but once I was put through the service I received was good. The staff I spoke to were really helpful, professional and so easy to deal with, whether by phone, text or email. I made my selections online and as the bike I chose would not be in stock for another couple of weeks they left me a phone message and followed it up by e-mail to ask if I was happy with that or wanted to change my selection. Their website did clearly state the date the bike would be in stock, so all info was available at the time of ordering.
