We paid many thousands of pounds for this divan and we've had a replacement mattress within 18 months and now it needs another.
VI Spring however are not willing to provide this, they will dodge down every possible avenue to avoid providing us with any sort of customer service.
They refer us to the furniture ombudsman every time, they will not speak to us.
A dreadful product and a dreadful Customer Service Manager - Martine is an embarrassment to not only VI Spring but to Customer Service everywhere.
