Love This Mattress!
Got a queen-size in 2011 after staying at a Hilton Garden Inn. It's a bit pricey, but I expected quality. The design, elements and materials all work well for us.
It developed a slow leak on one side after 7 years. Customer Service was prompt and, after trying a re-set, replaced the inside works at no charge. The bed is functioning normally. Very refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind it's 20 year warranty!!

My Back Hurts Every Morning!
We have had exactly the same experience as the first reviewer. We slept on this bed in a Hilton Garden Inn and loved it. We bought it about a year and a half ago, and have has issues with it ever since. There is a huge "hill" in our bed, even when both of the dials are set to the same number. My husband's side is over-inflated and won't go down, and my side won't inflate, so I am sleeping in a hole. Customer service has replaced some of the tubes and dials for us, but I definitely feel like we have a defective mattress, because nothing seems for help. Now Natural form is telling me there is nothing wrong with my bed, and I cannot return it. I have made at least 10 calls in the past year & a half complaining about "the hill", and they still won't help me. VERY frustrating!!! I don't recommend this bed to anyone, because you will spend a lot of money on a mattress that you will be stuck with, no matter if you get a good one or a lemon.
The Run-around
I purchased a Natural Form Mattress several years ago. Although they have a sleep guarantee, they are quite difficult to deal with if you have an issue later on. I have written the following review of their product and hope no one else will have a similar experience.

DO YOU LIKE TO GAMBLE? I am sure this could be a very good mattress, but we seem to have a ‘lemon’ and unfortunately, WCW seems completely unaware that sometimes a product is simply more than the sum of its parts. They have taken the time to replace many of the interchangeable parts of the mattress, but refuses to replace the mattress as a whole! Anyone behind the initial contact seems insistent on hiding behind the customer service reps so it is impossible to discuss the issue with a higher power.
How do I know there is a problem? – the left and the right operate separately and one side is perfect. The other is clearly defective and even after replacing parts, it hasn’t changed a thing! It is unfortunate that this company does not stand behind its product as a whole, but simply tries to pass off procrastination as customer service.
