I had to cancel my order as my bed was "lost" for 5days!!! Calling customer services and trying to track my order was a nightmare I was given a different story/reason each time I called all ending with the promise of next day delivery. Very poor service!!!

Oh my 5 Days! I would agree that is very much outside of our next day delivery promise. Without seeing your order I am unable to read why this happened.The delay may have been with the supplier not sending the goods or the carriers having issues delivering to you home address.
Please can you up date your review with your order number so that I can see what has happened and personally call you to apologies as this is by no means our usual service which we pride ourselves with.
