Ordered a Divan base. Delivered on time - however it had parts missing and was damaged.
Contacted Low Cost Beds and Mattress Direct, was told that they could offer 10% off. I rejected the offer and asked them to collect the bed.
1st collection - failed to collect;
2nd collection - failed to collect - contacted business and was told they would call me once they contacted the courier company as they didn't know how long it would take to get hold of the courier company. (Strange considering they deliver next day and would be constantly in contact with their courier!)
On date of 2nd collection, received an email to state that the courier had collected the damaged Divan base. Strange as it was still sitting in my garage!
Called the company and was told a refund has been actioned anyway for the total value. Checked bank account and this hasn't appeared 19 days later.
No contact from the business either about the collection or whether there was any problem with the refund.
Beware - go elsewhere. Note operates under more than one name.
