Bought some shelves from the Tunbridge Wells store. Had to wait over two weeks for them to be ready for collection. Got them home and found half of the parts missing - not just screws, but actual integral bits of wood missing. Took the shelves back and now have to wait an unspecified amount of time for the missing parts to be ordered. Shan't be using them again.
