Ordered the mattress one day and it was delivered the next afternoon. It took my husband a few days to get used to it, but now he loves it. I loved the mattress from day one.I have suffered from lower back problems for years and on some mattresses cant sleep on my back but with the Ergoflex mattress not only can I sleep on my back, I sometimes don't move all night.
