I recently received a single divan with 2 drawers, on arrival all the packaging was in good order however when it was unpacked the drawers were a pile of rubble in the bottom of the divan, all but one of the joints had broken, in addition there were 5 castors when 6 are required. Despite 2 emails to the company via their site if Have not yet had any reply (3 weeks).
This is a shame as the bed appears to be generally OK.
