Steer well away from this company, they have no idea about customer care

I ordered a corner shower screen which was delivered on time. However, I'm not sure if the they sent the right parts. I've been trying to contact this company for 8 days...5 telephone calls (never even answered) and 2 emails (none responded to). Extremely poor. I just want a quick confirmation from them before I unpack everything and find I have to repack it.

Great product and easy to install (according to my plumber). Bathroom now looks fab!

I ordered on a Tuesday, and I had the wetroom screen by the Friday, much quicker than expected. I also got an email with a tracking number and a 3 hour delivery time slot. Would definitely use again!!

We bought a sink unit from them, the sides are swelling open, showing the chip board, the drawer runners have now come off, this is only after 6 months of normal use, there products are absolutely rubbish, we are ring trading standards, as the product is not fit for purpose, and under consumer law entitles you to a refund, we have already paid for 1 installation, they are a rubbish company don't buy from them.

Paid extra for next delivery, item does not turn up. It took 20 attempts at calling to finally get someone to answer. He then calls me back 30 mins later to advise that the courier has put the order through as standard, not next day, delivery. I explain that my old toilet has been removed in readiness for the new one, so what am I supposed to do? I am advised that a manager will call me back. No call back.

I have been ringing and ringing since, but every time it goes to voicemail. Messages have been left, still nothing

I brought a vanity unit. As the price was over £230. I thought the sink would be great for the price.I had taken a day off work. I arranged for a plumber to there too.

The Plumber help me to open the The cardboard box. There was no packing. There was holes in the box. As we open the box. The vanity sink unit was broken. The plumber said it need to be sent back.Thinktaps ask me to get rid of the sink. Then a replacement. Arrived. Same thing happen again. I was very upset. I spoke to a member of staff from Think taps. I explain I had taken time off work on two twice. I had lost time and money and phone calls and emails.The staff member. Explain he would speak to his manager. When he gets back from his holiday.Regularly, some refund for all the trouble I went though.

No email or phone calls from the management.

I will never buy from this site. Be warned.

So, I purchased a wetroom screen, a wc and a furniture pack from Thinktaps, then, as is often the case, after I hit the buy button and paid for the goods, I decided to check the company out....that's where I got worried as a few reviews weren't great.

Fact was though, my products were with me within 48 hours.

The quality was outstanding, and somehow, despite the price being so low.

A fixing was missing from the wetroom screen package, so I called up, first time it rang out to answerphone. Second time, I got through.

Part was promised to be despatched to me the same day, and it must have been, as I had the spare part with me the very next day.

Very impressed and certainly better than I could have ever expected!

Hot tap of monobloc failed after 12 months; would not shut off. Beware, they will tell you that the guarantee is only for the finish and offer no help or advice. I do not recommend you use this company.

After sales service is non existant. Warranty on taps is only for finish and not for the working parts. A tap that will not turn off appears to not be their problem. Even their own website does not display reviews... why would that be? One can only assume that is because it is bad.

Good quality product, when we finally received it! Shocking delivery service and poor customer service!! Would not recommend or use again!
