You can tell the company is good by how they handle situation when something goes wrong. In my case, the delivery company screwed things up and failed to deliver on pre-arranged date. As a result I wasted a whole working day waiting for them. When I contacted the delivery company, they were unwilling to arrange redelivery at a time convenient for me, implying that I have to waste another working day. I then contacted the supplier, Sheths Bathrooms, and the member of staff replied straight away, apologized and promised to sort things out with the delivery company. He then arranged re-delivery on Saturday for me.
