“Dirty, disrespectful tradesmen”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Lynsay1234 on 17/11/2023

Tradesmen had no respect for neighbours. Dumped all their waste in front of my window instead of taking it away or leaving it in a safe, considerate place until collection. Disgusting. I would never use or recommend this company if you want to maintain good relationships with your neighbours.

Hi,

As you live in a block of flats there is communal areas for refuge to be left. This was discussed with your neighbour prior to installation and we were advised where to situate the refuge. There was 3 uplifts carried out throughout the installation and on the final day of installation on 8th November any refuge left was uplifted by 12pm.

Thanks
Instyle

Can you answer why a big company is asking for the full price of a fitted bathroom before a job is even done? I have checked the Scottish law and you only pay deposits for company’s and the rest when the job is finished and you are happy with it.

Hi, I'm sorry but we do not ask for the money upfront. Deposit delivey amount then a final balance when your work is completed. Regards Instyle

I beg to differ use ask for the full £5,600 then the last £200 when the job is done which I think is shocking . And I can assure you a bathroom suite and tiles does not come to that there’s no way labour should be paid for up front .. Tried to use the EXCUSE it’s Scottish law but I looked in to all that .. You Pay a deposit BY SCOTTISH LAW not for the whole JOB !!
