I ordered a bidet 10 days ago and paid for it in full including delivery cost. Projected delivery time was 1 week!

Have now received an e-mail say my order is " on hold" as the product has a "lead time" of 4 weeks.

This company could have told me this at the time of purchase instead of having me wait and then deliver the news about the lead time when the delivery date has already passed.

This is shocking business practice and I have cancelled my order.

Hopefully I will get the money back as it appears others have struggled to do so when dealing with these people.

Poor quality good and awful customer service. Totally fobbed off over faulty product. Avoid at all costs.

Won't go anywhere near these people, took 15 days to deliver an order then claims not all items are in kept in stock even though there is no mention of this when you place the order. Then delivers an incomplete order!

Terrible customer service waited nearly 2 months for half the order!! Now just trying to get my money back. You've been warned do not use!

Our order took nearly a month to arrive with updates only coming when we contacted them. These updates were completely false, "early next week" sort of thing. Early next week would come and go and another chasing email would elicit a similar response. We were told on 2 separate occasions that when the item did arrive with them that it would be sent out on a next day delivery service, which to be honest, when they're charging £7.50 to deliver a handle I would expect next day delivery anyway. Long story short, the item was finally despatched... On a 48 hour delivery service, so they couldn't even honour that.

Would I use them again? Hell no

Would I recommend them? Not a chance

after waitin over a month for the goods i ordered it ended up being the wrong set

Ordered virtually a complete bathroom install from their alias Splash Direct,after two weeks and a couple of missed deliveries one pallet from two arrived with half the order,after several unanswered emails,because you can't contact them by phone,i have had to get a partial refund via Paypal.

One company nobody should bother with.

Order took several weeks to arrive. Emailed the company countless times to which I either got a generic response or no reply at all.

Order arrived damaged and was clearly used. After 3 weeks waiting it's not worth messing around returning it.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you're not in a rush or don't mind second hand goods!!!

This company is so poor its unreel! Nobody there has no clue about bathrooms and are rude. Dont waste ur time with these people

Got sent a damaged/used item and despite contacting the store on several occasions they just ignore all my messages.

I think this 'company' is run by a teenager with no business sense, with a website which was probably designed as part of a school project.

Avoid them at all costs!
