I have registered it as fraud and obtained a crime reference number. If you have not already done so please go to actionfraud and complete the report. It takes about 20min and is very simple to do. Hopefully this will help stop others being tricked as well!!

i have also had the same problem , paid for a panel , never came , unable to contact, and unable to get money back do not BUY off this site.

My experience was slightly better, and not. I ordered and paid for a panel. It arrived a week later. I found that it wouldn't fit (my fault). I emailed and rang asking to send it back, as permitted by law, for internet customers, I understand. All calls were transferred to a mobile's voicemail, which was full, and not receiving any more calls. No emails were answered. However I received one phone call about a week later to my home voicemail when I was out, saying "Of course we will refund you, but could we not interest you in an exchange for another product?" But each time I have tried to make contact since then, there has been no reply by phone or email.

All their web sites have be taken down please do NOT ever deal with them.
My panel was £96 but Good old HSBC who refunded all the money to me as I paid by debit card

Hello,
I ordered a High gloss Black LED Illuminated bath panel on 1 September 2015 from Bathpanelsonline and within 1 minute my order was confirmed with return automatic email and my Barclay Card was debited for £206-97p.
I was told delivery within 7 to 10 days.
It is now 10 October and my bath / shower room is finished except for the bath panel.
despite phoning everyday sometime two or three times, sending them emails, texting I have had no contact with them.
I noticed that Bathpanelsonline have the same telephone number as Bathpanelworld, because if you phone any of the two landline numbers, you get diverted to the mailbox which is a message saying it is full, try again later???
I went onto Google maps and found the Industrial Estate that was given as the address for Bathpanelworld as there is no contact address on Bathpanelsonline.
If any body rreads this review and you live near this address please visit them and ask them where my order is??
I phonedthe company in the adjacent unit (an electrical firm) and as soon as started talking to the lady receptionist she stopped me and said that she was fed with of getting lots these calls for them.
Nevertheless she kindly said that if I gave her my telephone number and order number, she would go next door and pass on my details, I thanked her profusely.
I still did not get any contact from them, so I posted a letter to their address asking what was happening and where were my bath panels.
Needless to say I have had no response.
On this review website is says that there are 141 reviews (as at today) for this company, I read the first 8 or 10 and it is clear that hundreds of people been treated like me.
Why don`t the Police do anything about it?
Can you help expose this company—I have emailed the TV programmes ``Don`t get one—get Dom`` TV programme and also ``Watchdog`.
Please do the same --if enough of do it we may get some action.

Thanks, I have been in contact with Barclay Card and have indeed been credited with the £206 that bathpanelsonline/Bathpanelworld took from me.
I always pay by credit card when buying from the internet because of the protection that a credit card must give you.
I hope Barclay Card take some sort of action against them.

It might be worth checking with Barclaycard to see if they will reimburse the money that you have paid as you should be covered by the Consumer credit act (although I am no expert). We ordered our bath panel on 13th July and still haven't received it, unfortunately I paid by Debit Card.
Thanks for that response. I`m also going to try the local (whichever town they are) trading standards. I might even ask the local police for advice.

Hi, I have had exactly the same treatment ! I am going to try Trading Standards. My order was placed on the 4th August, I have been told they had equipment problems ! Then a email to say they had family problems. I have sent emails requesting a refund, as yet no refund ! The company is appalling, and customer care is non existent. Do not order from this company.

My review basically echoes everything that has already been said. I ordered my bath panel in August and have received nothing. I have managed to get through once and was given a long and detracted explaination of the 'family problems' , I pointed out that reviews had been poor, and was told that this was due to a competitor writing them to run this business down. Stupidly I sympathised, and I was told that it would be looked into. I now hold out no hope and will be contacting trading standards and my bank. Quite Awful.

Stear Well Clear Of This Lot!
Having tried to contact this firm twice with no response over the non delivery of our rather expensive bath panel, the bank is now opening a 'debate' with them, in an attempt to get our money back.
Wish I had taken the trouble to read reviews before ordering!

Don't Even Think About It!
If you are even slightly considering using this sham of a company DONT!
When I ordered my panel a couple of months ago,the reviews were good but since then, every review is woeful and now I know why.
You won't get through on the phone,you won't get emails replied to & you won't get your goods.
I contacted my bank & got them to use chargeback which thankfully got my cash back.
I also beleive they trade under another name so buyer beware.

Has anyone received their bath panel? My order dates the 24th June. I respond as requested but still nothing.
Ours arrived after a few emails and calls. I also have them a deadline otherwise trading standards would have been contacted; not sure if that helped. They've recently left comments on reviews and Facebook to contact them with an order no.
Hope you get some success.
