You cannot speak to anyone at your local branch over the phone any more. It's a new, focused customer service, apparently. Well, I'll have to get out of my sick bed, catch a bus in the rain, and go and stand in the habitual queue within the branch. Do they not realise that not everyone uses APPS or on line banking? Well done, RBS management! Don't go spending those obscene bonuses too quickly now, you little scamps!
