Awful bank!! They cancelled my direct debit without my permission I have spent hundreds of pounds trying to fix the problems they have caused me.
Please beware of this company. They denied they cancelled the wrong direct debit when I approached them about it, but this resulted in my car insurance being cancelled, hundreds of pounds to sort this out and a huge amount of stress!! They then went on to cancel another direct debit without telling me as they did not like the number it generated, this is to protect the bank account apparently, however no communication to me so I have no idea what was going on and it cost me £40. Terrible bank.
