I moved and had to update my address in about a dozen institutions. Metorbank took more time and effort than all other combined. Had me answer millions of questions to confirm my identity.
Three months latter I found out that they have not updated my address, that my account is blocked because of this, and that I need to go in person to talk with them.

They just cut me off on the phone. They even did not want to use some common sense or assure me that my account has not been compromised.

However they did get upset when I gave them some hard time.

Now I need to go there in person and jump through a million hoops to get back access to my money. It's a circus...
