Am writing this after witnessing my 80 year old father's experience. He received a pin & debit card - used once then the pin came up as incorrect, however it's the pin number the co-op sent. Contactless was no better and didn't work either! Phoned customer care was basically told he was putting number in wrong and/or the card was damaged. Said it didn't look like the card was damaged but apparently I wouldn't be able to tell. Sent New card guess what it doesn't work. Dad can't access his money - looking to change bank. They are pointless!!
