having finally got a weekend off work, I tried to put money onto my card from my current account yesterday at 11am, the automated phone system claims my funds will be available within one hour, it is now close to 2pm on Sunday and my money is STILL not available. I have not had any money during this time, ruining my weekend and also made me unable to buy a birthday present I had planned to get. In addition, the £12.50 monthly charge is ridiculous for an account that doesn't function to its basic requirements....I've also been charged an extortionate £20 in phone calls for simply checking to see if MY money had cleared on my card, I am absolutely disgusted with your service cardone, it is nothing short of criminal, you are simply out to make money out of your shoddy service that barely works, advertising yourselves to people who are in need and have had financial difficulties. As soon as I can open another account, I will be closing my cardone account.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I can assure you that this is a very rare circumstance and card loads are made within the hour, 24/7. I hope this is now rectified and that you won't have this problem in the future.
