I only signed up to this account as the very last resort, as no one else supports low credit applicants or bankrupts. Card One knows this themselves, and instead of helping you get back on track, they fleece you for every penny instead.

Everything that you would normally get for free, they charge your for!

Want to check your balance? Yep that's 10p
Want to send a BACs? Yep, 7.00 or £15.00
Want to take money of your card back into your account? Yep that's £5 too.
And on top of that its £12.50 per month too!!

At first I lived with it, then I become furious. For anyone who is looking for help with accounts, please do not rely on Card One. Go to Nationwide! They are amazing.

I'm very sorry you feel this way about our account. We are certainly aimed at the poor credit market, but we provide free options for all aspects of our account. We encourage our customers to conduct their account online, providing free next day transfers, free balance checks & immediate access to your statements. I hope you bank with us again in the future.
