Tried using me card to find out it wasn't working this morning knowing there is money in account and seems none of your site or contact numbers are working would like a response ASAP please as away working with no funds

I'm very sorry you've had issues with your card, as the review sites aren't monitored, you're best contacting us directly. I hope you don't have any problems in the future and this has now been resolved.

You dont monitor your customer complaints email or your facebook page either. In fact the only thing you do monitor is our money going in to the account so you know when its best to block the account. Absolute rubbish company
