A Hell-Hole of a Store

I've been waiting for my order now for 6 weeks. The Bandmerch Support staff just keep telling me they can't find my order number - I forward the order confirmation to them a couple of times - they tell me they'll let me know when they've sent the package - I receive a tracking number - USP tells me the've returned my package back to sender because of an "invalid address - I ask Bandmerch if I could just get my money back -the Bandmerch support staff "zone out" until I once again ask about my order - they tell me they cannot find my order number...

Will not be recommending.
