Purchased a Yellow Rosetti purse from Kohls and within 2 days plastic started peeling off of the handles. I took the purse back and exchanged it for another one. Within 1 day plastic was peeling off again. This seems to be a defect in the manufacturing since I have never had anything like this happen with any other purse. It would be different if I had only paid $20 but it is a $79 purse.
